Mr Suresh Redhu carries a rich & varied experience of over three decades across different industry verticals. A mechanical Engineering Graduate with Post Graduation in Management, he has harnessed the professional competence through the learnings from various industry segments such as Home Appliances, Water & Air Purification, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Automotive, and Engineering industries.

Driven by the philosophy of Making a Positive Difference, Suresh has spent a large part of his professional career in leadership roles,  delivering significant value for the stake holders across different roles.  He is currently associated with Eureka Forbes and has previously worked with companies like Bluestar and Mahle Filter Systems (Anand Group), the respective market leaders in their own space.

Suresh brings in the specialisation and expertise in the areas of Innovation, Manufacturing Engineering & Operations, Creating & Operating JVs, Building Technologies & Technology transfers. During his working career, he has worked on some of the key environmentally sensitive initiatives like phasing out ozone depleting refrigerants, Energy Labelling program with Bureau of Energy Efficiency, spearheading the introduction of Green Packaging, Green Manufacturing and Green RO products, to name a few. His leadership efforts have resulted in the company being recognised for quality excellence, receiving special commendation in Golden Peacock National Quality Awards, Product Innovation awards and earning multiple patents in the new technology areas.

As an accomplished industry leader, Suresh has been active in providing the thought leadership through industry body platforms like CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) as Uttarakhand state chairman for, receiving special recognition for the contribution during the year. He has subsequently been on the Northern Region Council of CII and currently a member of the Advanced Manufacturing Committee. He is the current president of Water Quality India Association, an Industry body of Water treatment companies, working closely with the government in the areas of improving the efficiencies of water purification systems.

He also works with local communities to create awareness on safe drinking water with events in nearby schools and residential areas. He is a keen sports follower and has represented school & college teams in Table Tennis and Cricket.
